The only way to know if they'll work for you is to try them. My ex-boyfriend couldn't even fit into the standard size, so we got the large ones. He could get them on but they still hurt, so we tried the magnum size and they worked well. Just be careful not to use ones that are too large--you still need it to stay on and do its job.
