Q: Torn Urinary Orifice

Yesterday I tore the urinary orifice (pee hole) while trying to have sex with my girlfriend. I know it sounds kind of odd, but we kind of forced it and it ripped about a cm or two bigger than normal. Its somewhat painful when I walk around and such. Should I go see a doctor or will this heal by itself? Thanks
