I cant acheive hard errections, libido is low, and the feeling isnt the same. What can I do?

Im 24 year old male btw.

Ive taken roaccutane, which has caused me the problems. At the moment im taking l-tyrosin, which doesnt seem to be working much at the moment.

Well, is this a side effect of your medication? If so, then that is your answer right there. Quit taking it. If you already have quit taking whatever caused it then it should go away in time. If not, ask your doctor.
