ISO doctor for diabetes type I , fibromyalgia, heart problem

I am in the process of moving and need to find a new doctor. I need help on finding the right type of doctor for all my illness' any help will be appreciated.


I have diabetes type I , fibromyalgia, heart problem (recent heart attack and stints placed), high cholesterol and am several kinds of medicines along with the insulin for diabets. I would like to find a doctor who can help with all of these but not sure what that would be. Maybe a general practioner.


I need to find one asap and can call local hospitals for recommendations but need to figure out what kind of doctor to ask about.
