I bought a colonic kit from cvs. I've tried it three times and took in a lot of water and held it in for almost half an hour and almost nothing came out. Did I do it right? The directions on the box were very vague. I want to get it done professionaly but I can't find a place that'll do it. Any advice would be very, very helpful. Thanks.
