I am a 15 ye old boy and have pain in my left breast. My right one is ok. I also feel something in there..Like a bone when it is squeezed. There also a rectangular mark on my left breast. Pls help.. I amscared.. I don't want to tell my mom as I am embarrased..Pls help...

You should not be worried about telling your mom. Early detection saves lives even in males. It may be nothing but better to be safe than sorry. Please see your doctor! God bless!

Gynecomastia
What you're experiencing is probably gynecomastia, a condition common in boys going through puberty. My 13 year old son has the same thing. Here is an article about it:

I agree with the above user. Especially unilateral, with a small lump is normal for your age. But talk to your parents and to a doctor for further evaluation.
