Marisa don't worry bout that problem! If he aint paying nothing for her now he wont pay for her to be in his full custody either. It is the hardest thing in the workd to take a baby away from its mommy. You have to have physical proof she is a bad mommy and he has none cause your not a bad mom!!! He sucks and so does the health forum he is with.

Well marisa, he can say what he wants ,but he doesn't have a dime to put it on. Next time he calls record the convo if you can ,and if you can get him on tape saying that he is getting paid under the table that is great. But if you can't don't worry. If you can afford it get a lawyer ,and if not look up legal aid in your area. And take him to family court. Did he sign the birth cert. ? If not you may need to get a court ordered paternity test first (they usually pay for it). After that is done (which you may not need anyway), go back to court a make a request for child support (sometimes you may have to have a custody hearing first but in most cases where one parent is the obvious main caretaker you won't need one). And if he says to the court that he doesn't have a job ,it won't matter b/c he is still responsible for his child. If he does claim that he doesn't have a job the order will be low at first but at least it'll be something to shut his smart a$$ up. But if you can get him on tape he'll really have to pay up. And the best part of it all is that in most states if he misses three payments (most of the time it has to be consecutive), and you report him each time ,by the third time they'll be sending his little a$$ to jail. And I know that you said you don't need anything from him ,but that is beside the point. Your child deserves everything in the world, and you shouldn't let the dad get off especially when he is an problem. And you at least owe your baby that.

You dont even need it recorded. You take him to court for child support and its ordered that he has to pay child support. And if not he gets in trouble. Or you collect welfare and they make him pay it back. So either way hes screwed. Im sure once the judge puts him in his place he will shut his mouth so fast, you will be the laughing. So dont worry. Dont let him bother you. You shouldnt even talk to him. Screw him. I cant stand dead beats.
