Hi everyone! I hope all of you girls are having a good day! Unlike most of you, i'm not pregnant! I am a 3rd year nursing student and I just happened to run across this site while look up some stuff for school! So I started reading and you all have some great stories! I imagine its tough to me a young mom, and I give you all all the respect in the world! I am 21 and I cant even imagine! If you guys dont mind, i'll probably stick around and keep up with whats going on with everyone! Although, I cant say I have been where you are, if any of you ever need anyone to talk to let me know! I have been in several delivery rooms and or during c-sections, so maybe I could let you know somethings to expect! All that nursing/medical stuff too...Let me know if I can help! Welcome to the board! My name is megan, 20, and I am not preggy either. I came to ehealth to look for a colon cancer board, but the one here is not active at all. So, I saw this one and the girls are great!! I don't really post a lot, but I saw that you are from .Alabama. I am from dothan, where are you from??

Welcome to the boards lauren, that is what we need around here a nurse. Really to help out with all the terms that we sometimes run across. Well nice to meet you I am stacie I am 16 and I have a 14 month old son, sean. I hope that you will stay. We have some great girls who may have just 2nd hand experience or none at all that come on here. I hope you like it here as much as I do!!

Nice to meet you lauren. Glad to have you here at the board. There are lots of ladies here that are not preggy. We like everyone :d
they are right will be great to have a nurse here to help and give support!!! I am heather, I am 35-36 weeks preggy. I was due july 25th but had been measuring a week ahead and they said they were changing me to the 19th. I go for my ultrasound to find all that out tue. I am single, and just turned 19 on june 14th, preggy with my first baby and its a girl!! I am gonna name her hayley danielle rene'e

Jennifer- it seems like I have always known nursing is what I wanted to do! I love being able to take care of people and knowing that I can make their situation a little better! I got interestedlabor and delivery nursing when my mom had my little brother...I was 11. So right now, thats what I think I wanna do! I have four semesters left in school! And right now I absolutely love it! Its a lot of work, and most days I am going crazy, but it will all pay off in the end right? Haha

Hey lauren, welcome to the board! My name is april, im 17 years old, and im 27 weeks, and 6 days pregnant... Lol so pretty much 28 weeks. I live with my boyfriend(kevin) and we have been together for a year and a half, and we are expecting a little girl. My mom is a nurse and she graduated when I was like 12 so I know how much hard work you are doing, and trust me, it will definetly pay off in the end. 3 years later, my mom went from being on welfare, to living out on a nice little farmette with 10 acres of land, and 4 beautiful tennesee walking horses, which was always her dream... Not to mention her school loans are almost completely payed off, and shes got nice cars and everything shes pretty much ever wanted. I was thinking about going to school to becom an lpn, but im not sure yet.

Hey lauren! My name is jeni im 17 yrs old and I have a 2 month old son river there are pictures floating around on the first page! Im still w/ the w/ his daddy his name is raven we will be together for a year july 5th! Its always good to have new ppl on here girls like u who dont lie to us about their situation!
