Hi im now 18 and have been suffering the
same thing when I was 15 I went to my
doctor and he sent me to a skin
specialist. The skin specialist put me on
accutane/ roacxcutane its a pill for
severe acne and im can tell you this its
like a miracle pill it works wonders after
6months on it it gave my clear baby
skin...... I recommened you see your
docotor and tell him about it cause this
is the only thing that actually really
works there are some side affects like dry
skin etc but the specialist will go
through with you. I hope I helped you out
a bit becuase it helped me and the best
thing about it they dont come back :d

Acne rosacea is the condition you seem to
be suffering from which causes this
reddish, raised eruption like on the
surface of the skin . Sometimes this
could get filled with pus and on
scratching there is rawness too. Kali
brom, nux juglans, thuja, merc, calc sulph
are some of the good remedies which can
get rid of this rosacea. I am sure
homeopathic medicine would be of help to
you.

Before you decide on something as serious
as accutane, please, please consider all
of the possible side effects. It isn't
anything to mess around with. Some
people do not have any bad reactions and
great for them, but just make sure you are
making the right decision for you.

I had bad acne when I was 10 and I had it
up until I was 15. I went on accutane,
and even though its not for everyone it
helps. I've tried many medications and I
went through the same thing too. I
always had to wear shirts that came up to
my neck! It was so embarassing. To ease
the pain though, I suggest a soft lotion
or cream. Any kind really, one that will
make your skin soft. When I had more
lotion on, the less it hurt. ( I think
it hurts more when your skin is dry).
Try the lotion. Also, if you find that
your back and chest hurts when you get out
of the shower, it may be more sensitive
since the hot water opens your pores.
When you are just about to leave the
shower, turn the temperature down so that
it's luke-warm/cold and that may help
also.

Yes, it definately does help some people.
But, once again, the possible side
effects are very serious and nothing to
mess around with, so before starting any
treatment, make sure you weight the pros
and cons.
