Q: Right Ribcage Pain - Third Trimester of Pregnancy

Has anyone experienced right-side rib pain (a stabbing pain under the front breast and through to the back right-side rib) during pregnancy. My pain started approx. 6 weeks ago (during my 24th week) and has persisted. If I push on the front above my pregnant belly, it somewhat relieves the pain, which occurs almost always, after food, during a meal, on an empty stomach in the morning. My doctor is at a loss - last week they did an ultrasound of my gallbladder and said it is clean. I am hoping someone else has had this type of pain and can shed some light. Help? Confused

Pregnancy Related Or Gall Bladder?
I know this reply is a little late, but I too have a pain below my right breast into my rib cage, and I wanted to know if you found out what it is. I am 24 weeks pregnant and am going for another ultrasound to check my gall bladder, but I distinctly remember having the pain in the same area when I was pregnant with my first son and everything was normal. After I had the baby, the pain disappeared and I didn't think about it again until now. Please let me know if you found anything out. Thanks.Rolling Eyes
