Well I can give you some advice.I am a personal trainer.I know how you must feel. But if you are already used to exercising regularly then your body will be used this so there is no reason to stop the exercises you were doing. However if you are trying to conceive or are already pregnat then you should not take up vigourous exercise if you have never done any exercising in your life.If you are used to it then it should be fine to continue. Also if you or anyone in your fa,ily has any medical problems that might be why your doc told you to take it easy.I wouldnt recomend doing extremely heavy stuff though.Long duration but low intensity is best and try to eat healthy.Do not skip meals your body needs all the nutrition it needs whilst trying to conceive and whilst pregnant.Hop that helps if you need any more help please dont hesitate to ask.

Good luck x

Hello
Well,
if you have not that long ago had your baby i.E year ago.Your body has been through alot and has probably changed quite alot. Its very important you still eat healthy.I reccommend to all my clients and to anybody who asks for my advice,to eat small but regular meals, meaning about six small meals a day.I know this could be a bit tricky with a little one running around. But sticking to low fat options, plenty of fruit and veg, driinky plently of water to help your body flush through toxins etc.Its important not to skip meals as this will eventually slow your, metabolism down.Keeping constant but small meals will actuall help to keep your metabolosm ticking over. The best form of exercise that is also free.Is walking.Take your baby out with you? Try to aim for at least 30mins of exrcise a day that has you slightly out of breath to start with.
Good luck x
