I have had bad digestive problems for 6 months now. The symptoms worsened and I went to many doctors. I eventually lost close to 30 pounds. I had diareha with infrequent bms and really pain dull stomach pain. I would get the pain mostly after I ate. I was tested for autoimmune diseases, got the normal blood work, and for hormone problems. I had x rays and ultrasounds. Everything came back normal. One doctor have me a proton pump inhibitor and put me on ensure. This seemed to stop the pain and the weight lost. I have gained weight now and the symptoms seemed ot have disappeared mostly. However, recently I have been getting terrible bloating again, worse than b4. I cant explain how painful and bothersome it is. It hurts because its gas and it hurts because my stomach cannot strech that far. I look like im pregnat. This happens after I eat. I just had an upper gi done and it was normal. I starting taking hte proton pump inhibitors again but the gas is just getting worse. I cannot take this gas. I am sixteen and I no this is not normal. Please help!

Bloating
I noticed your topic on bloating, because I had sergury last week and am experiencing problems with gas and bloating. In your case I would begin by examining your diet. We all have different nutritional needs and not all good foods are good for all of us. Something with the ensure helps with some of your allergies, but not all. So keep in mind that the ensure was your first step of discovery. You need to find out what else specifically is good or bad for you. Ideally to do this I would suggest clinical support, perhaps a naturalist. He can also usually determine what is causing the symptoms, if not food. I would also reccomend that you take supplements to try to control yeast, and also avoid sugar, breads, yeast, pastas. You could have a strong candida yeast problem, which can be treated. For reference look up some of the symptoms associated with candida.
