Q: What's Going On Here?

A few months ago, I began experiencing a mild burning sensation in my abdominal area (in the general area of the belly button). Since that was the only symptom for the first few weeks, my doctors told me it didn't sound serious. Since then, however, i've been experiencing similar sensations in my groin, my side, and more recently near my heart (feels a lot like heartburn). In addition, i've been constipated more than once in recent weeks.

Also, and maybe i'm just imagining this, I seem to be giving off a lot of body heat lately.

Does anybody have any ideas what might be the matter? I'm seeing a doctor next week, but in the meantime i'd like some ideas.

Thanks.
