Been getting these pains running down my legs (front thighs) and at times nearly to my ankles. Have been to several doctors, had mri nothing found which would cause the pain. Mostly get the pain at bedtime or when sitting, like in chair or in car (passenger) have had in the past long term back problem (back-pain) but this new pain appears not to be related. Doc's want me to see a "pain - management" person, but i'm not ready for that. Any advise... Sad

Chronic Pain
My wife had chronic pain. We found a natural therapy that helped dramatically. Please send me a private message or email and I will tell you more.

Leg Muscle Pain
Hi there...Have you seen a rheumatologist? They may find a reason for your pain. I was having severe pain in my legs and hips...I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after having some very specific tests done by the rheumatologist.

Good luck...I wish you the best,

Ladybrannon,

can I ask what your other symptoms are?

I have recurring pain in what I think is my sciatic nerve--it radiates down threw my leg sometimes to my ankles. I have had periodic joint pain in my hands for as long as I can remember, but I htought it was caused by too much keying at work. When I was pregnant, I had such a hard time iwth my sciatic nerve that I could harldy walk my first 3 monhts!

More recently, I had pain in a joint in my foot that was so stron it sent me to urgent care. After initial testing, I saw my regular doc who indicated that I had a slightly elevated levels of inflammation in my connective tissue which might indicate a non-rheumatoid type of arthritis or possibly lupus. If I exercise regulary, I have zero pain so I just decided to move on wtih my life and not see a rhuematologist. For the past week, i've had pain radiating thru my leg and it doesn't hurt at all during exercise, but any other time I can only alleviate the pain w/celebrex.

Since you have similar pain and you have an auto-immune disorder, wondering if I need to go back and get checked out further?

Leg pain
g2r I read the message by LadyBrannon about leg pain. I have intense all over thigh and calf pain. I have been seeing a rhuemotologist for over 1 year. The only test performed are blood test which only show an elevated SED rate. It was 41, now down to 29. I have changed my diet to reduce inflammation, such as no white breads, white pasta's, white sugar etc. Many doctors have sugested Lupus, but nothing definitive. Can u describe your leg pain and what did the doctors say it was exactly. What symptoms were u having that concluded doctors in diagnosing you. What tests were preformed. I have had many symptoms for years. pleurisy attacks, blood vessels in my legs burst and formed red & brown blocthes under my skin, migraines, intense head paid on top & back of head. Upper thigh numbness, itching and needles. Hand finger stiffness, too many issues to mention. Things come & go and never return, but it one new problem after another and I'm tired of assumptions and pains with no diagnosis.
This is to anyone who has been recently diagnosed with an auto immune condition ans who may have had the same symptoms.
