I have ibs, and also am lactose intolerant. A symptom (i think) of my ibs is bad constipation. I've been seeing a nutritionist, who besides telling me to eat 3 fruits a day, and 2-3 servings of vegetables, 8 glasses water, says to eat a yogurt a day. Is this really helpful for constipation? As of yet I don't feel better- should I have more yogurt than one a day?
