My daughter broke her right humorus about midway. It was very displaced but not a compound fracture. The doctor put a hanging cast on to use the weight of the cast to pull the arm in place. Now at weeks the arm is very crooked and my daughter is quite upset about how it looks. Does anyone know if this will straighten out with time and look better? Is this a normal procedure. I would think that the doctor should try to line it up better. I am not very pleased but the arm is funtioning well.
