I've never had a problem with this before until the past few months. I am seriously cringing everytime I have sex. I feel like I have a mass of something in my lower abdomen and I have really bad cramps when it is all said and done. Any clue to what it may be? I'm thinking maybe a ovarian cist but i've never had one so I don't know what it would feel like.

I've had the same problem. I have and ovarian cyst that has exploded. Now that i'm on the pill I don't have the pain. However I do have a cervical cyst. Both are bengin(good) and the pill helps go on it and don't go off till you have too.
