First and foremost, she could be pregnant. But if you used a condom with spermicide (added plus) the odds are good that she isn't. Poor diet, stress, decrease in body fat, irregular cycles or inaccurate dating (presumed she had period on may 16 when she actually had period on may 26) can all be factors in a presumed pregnancy. I would look for more tell tale signs such as sore breasts, nausea (not necessarily vomiting), unusual fatigue, headaches (more prone in people with migraine problems) and decreased sex drive. These are some tell tale signs but do not definately indicate pregnancy. Get a home pregnancy test. Most are very accurate even up to a few days before a missed period.


I also suggest (since it seems you are unprepared for a pregnancy) that you look in to forms of reliable birth control such as condoms along with the pill or patch.
