Hey! I just read your pm on yahoo! I am sorry that you aren't doing well, just try to stay relaxed, don't get upset, because I hear that it makes it harder to breathe!

Good luck and best wishes

With asthma hun, everything makes it more difficult to breath, especially when you live in a filthy house (not by choice, im a virgo, im very clean), my rooms clean and my computer areas clean being as I am always there, so I spend most of my day there when im not at school... I got my dad to get up this morning and go and get me another prescription for my inhaler but I still dont want to use it as much as I feel I need to. I took 2 ibuprofen so I dont have a migrane anymore...I'm still cold so i've been watching tv and laying in my bed under my two comforters...And i'm drinking some sparkeling water. I think I will be okay in a week or so, just need to get rid of the bronchitis and stop coughing like I have been.

And I have a question on the gym thing, are push-ups and sit-ups safe? Cause you bend your stomach and use your muscles for sit-ups, and then for push-ups I put a lot of strain on my stomach and back. So, what do you think?

Thanks jessika,
heather

p.S. Do you have aol or aim?

Aww, I am really sorry!! I wish that there was more that I could do for you! I am gonna search on the net tonight for some things that may be able to help you since I have never had asthma! I am also a clean freak too! Lol I wouldn't recommend doing sit-ups but I think push-up are going to be fine, just try using more on your arms than your stomach!

I do have aim-
