Hi everyone,
o.K. I know that some of you have had a burning sensation or tingling sensation on your legs or arms, etc. So have i, but last night I experienced something new and really strange. I was sitting up at 3:00am having a heart to heart w/ my daughter, when I felt like I had spilled cold water on my left leg. I was drinking a cup of hot tea, so I knew I hadn't spilled anything. But the sensation hit me again, and I actually looked around to see if anything was leaking from the ceiling or something. I didn't feel it like the cold water was hitting me, but like it was already there and it didn't just feel cold; it actually felt wet---if that makes sense! Then today, I 've had a few little stabbing pains in the same spot. What do you think--just inflamed nerve endings? Anyone else experience this?

I Have, Lizbet
All part of the neuro symptoms I have. Sometimes my whole left arm feels like ice, and I rub and rub it to make it better. It comes and goes.

lupus -sking sensations
i am in the proccess of perhaps being diagnosted wiht lupus or some other autoinmune condition...
i have had many symtops since 2years ago.

for about 5months i have had exactly the same sensation Lizbet explained.
the first few times it happened i thought some very cold water had been dropped on my leg and i felt the runing of it down my leg.
for my surprice nothing had been spelled.

this happens to me with certain frecuancy nowadays -once a week at times- in diferent parts of my legs and arms although more commonly around ancles and knees. some times the 'running water sensation' is hot.

i am seing my doctor tomorrow and definetely mentioned this symtoms that didn't ocurred to me they could have a relation.

i had also experience during bad chest infections the feeling of having an ice cube inside my right lung, the cold was almost painful.
