I have some very special days coming up. First tomorrow is the anniversary of the fist time that my df and I kissed. Then thursday is my 2 year anniversary with my df. And last on monday I start my cna class. Hopefully when I am done with it (itis a month long),i can hurry and get certified so I can get a job. I'll try to get a full time and a part time job and go to school at the same time ,up until maybe a month and a half before the baby is due.

Congrats on the special days coming up... Not trying to be mean or anything im just curious, if your so smart (graduating at 15 and 17 being a college student) why are you settling for such a crappy job? What are you going to college for? Like just for cna, or lpn, or 2 year or 4 year rn? How long have you been in college?

First thanks for the congrats everyone. And lilmama I am going to be a cna b/c it is in the medical field ,and when I graduate and i'm looking for a job i'll already have some on the job experience, which hrm's really look for. And right now I am going for my associate of science in nursing (adn 2yr rn) ,but as I said in another thread I may transfer schools next year ,if I do i'll be going for my bachelors of science in nursing (bsn 4yr rn). And if I don't transfer ,and just get my adn, when I graduate i'll start working ,and go to school at the same time to become a nurse practioner (kind of like a doctor). But if I do tranfer i'll still get training to become a nurse practioner after I graduate. I just have to see what is the easiest after I have my baby. After I get my np training ,i'll work under an np or a doctor for about a year ,and then hopefully open my own clinic like a family practice or specialize in pediatrics.

Congrats by the way! I forgot to tell you that after I found out what df was!
I am starting at a community college in the fall (at least I hope to) for r.N courses. Of course my first two semesters will be all general classes because it takes so dang long to get into the nursing program at this school. But, hey, it is cheap!
Good luck with that. I hear the classes are pretty hard. My best friend just graduated in may. She also was a cna for about six years first. Too bad we always have to start at the bottom and do the undesirable work, but it will probably pay off in the end.

Yeah it'll pay off in the end. I am trying to decide if i'll go to school in the spring semester. I think it will be hard b/c the baby will be born in feb. And I just don't know if i'll be able to handle it all.
