Carpal tunnel syndrome is accompanied by very clear signs and symptoms. But how do symptoms change as the syndrome progresses? More info here....
About 4 months ago, I started a new office job. Around the same time, I was rear-ended. I had neck soreness for about 3 days and it went away. I don't think I had any wrist pain then.

3 months after the accident, I started getting nerve pains in my forearms and wrists. I believe I have good workstation posture and I only do constant typing on average 1 hr/day. Plus, I am only 23.

Is it possible that the accident had something to do with the onset of carpal tunnel? I have been stressed out about the whole incident, since the insurance company has been difficult with me and the driver who hit me lied. I realize stress is related to carpal tunnel.
