Q: a Couple of Supplement Questions

I have a couple supplement questions

first a little personal info. I’m 39 and have been somewhat active most of my life, running, biking, and various sports.

Just recently I got back into running after a 6 year hiatus to get into shape for hockey season. After just a few weeks of running (in the morning) I feel great while running but just want to nap for the rest of the afternoon. In the past i’ve always felt energetic all day after a good morning run. Very positive results from a recent physical and stress test rule out ticker and other health problems. Also i’m eating healthier at this point in my life than I ever have, no caffeine or high cholesterol and fatty foods. So i’m assuming there is a lack of an essential mineral, vitamin, amino acid, etc. Any supplement suggestions to bring my energy level up after a run?

Before answering that question read this one. I’m not taking any supplements now because the multivitamins i’ve tried in the past few years give me gas. Now i’ve been to a couple long established health food stores for multivitamin suggestions to avoid this irritant. Nobody can agree where the problem is occuring, the suggestions range from the binders used to make the tablets to certain vitamins or even minerals.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance for your help and not asking me to contact you for more information about a particular product.

I have a healthy suggestion: fruits!
Take a lot of fruits including apples, oranges, pears, strawberries, grapes etc.
If you dont like to eat fruits, put them all in a blender and drink it.

The amount of enzymes and naturally occuring vitamins you will get this way is the healthiest way to get your energy level back.

Good luck!

I Know of Something That Might Help
Hey...
Bout your problem on feeling tired and lethargic after running. I used to feel the same way too. Thought it might be something wrong with me and it really got to me wasting the rest of my day away sleeping.
But of late, i've come across this product that has help me a lot. What it does is injects energy at a cellular level, making me feel not only more energetic, but look more vibrant as well. It's completely natural and approved by the health sciences authories. If you like to know more. You can always email me.

Just here to help
