I've been told I have a bony bankart lesion posteriorly and have been lifting heavy with it for about 3 years. In that span of time it as maybe subluxed 10 to 15 times which isn't that big of a deal. The problem that im having right now is that I have pain or like a tight feeling in my left shoulder basically in the middle next to my shoulder blade. Also every time I pinch my shoulder blades together I can't make my whole spine crack is this normal? Right now in my career I am at the point where I don't know what would be better for me surgery or just to deal all the therapy proved to be worthless. How long would it take to rebuild the shoulder back up so I could put heavy contact on it?
Thanks
