My 4 week old son had swollen breasts after birth. His right breast has gone down but his left is still swollen and appears to be red. He has recently had increased crying jags and I am wondering if his left breast could be hurting him, and if I should call the doctor. Also I don't know if this is relivant but I am also breast feeding

Call your doctor, because these things at least need to be looked at.
It's better to have a doc look and say yep all ok no problems, than it is to leave it and find you got a real problem.
