Hello, any help on the following will be greatly appreciated.
I am a 28 year old male in good health and I work in a busy it role.
About 6 months ago I went to bed and had a 'sudden' strange feeling of what I can only describe as pressure in my head. This feeling/headache has not gone away, it has been constantly there for the last 6 months, it does tend to get worse when I am busy/stressed.
My doctor said it was because of the work I do. In short I corrected my posture, removed caffeine from my diet, tried a few drugs (amitriptlyne and then a beta blocker) none of which made any difference. I then saw a specialist who said he thought I was ok and to come back in a few months (said I could have a mri scan to put my mind at rest!).
It's such a strange feeling and it does not stop me from physically doing anything, although if I shake my head from side to side I get a feeling like a very mild crmap around my brain! This makes it uncomfortable to go running.
I have also seen a specialist who straightened my spine and relaxed my neck muscles - all very nice but did not effect this underlying issue. It is not a headache as such as I can distinguish between one of those and this feeling.
What can I do, help!!??!!
