If the eco showed ok & you've been getting them for 15 years my guess is that they're stress/depression related >>>> have you ever tried relaxation & I mean really tried it?? Not just once or twice - natural alternatives take awhile to work!!

You could try a yoga video/dvd with meditation included which is what my daughter like more than a straight relaxation tape. Vitamins like valerian, gingko, sam-e, 5htp (tryptophan) b vitamins all help with stress (start one at a time not all at once - you might a) only need one of them & b) have a bad reaction to one!!).

Hi missprissie, purples advice is good and I would also look into learning cbt. I think a combo of the two might work well for you but it will take some time and patience and will be worth it if you do Smile
