It depends on his sperm count to begin with, although every 2-3 days is recommended for men with low numbers. Doctor's sometimes suggest every other day for men with normal counts, too. It depends on the doctor.
Your best bet is to have a sa (sperm analysis) done, then your doctor would be better able to advise you based on the results.
