Ok, so it isn't exactly bon jovi.

Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, to be as brief as possible: last friday got high fever at 3 am. Sat and sun diarrhea. Mon sort of ok. Palpitations from friday through and __including__ today.

Went to hospital, got heart monitor overnight. 300cc iv fluids with potassium chaser.

Found out today that in stool sample given at hospital I have salmonella.

Trying to get in touch with all my doctors to see next course of action. Of course they are either all out or all in meetings.

Any thoughts?
