Was I At Risk?

Recently, after months of celibacy, I couldn't take it anymore and I went to a porn shop and sat in a booth of a bookstore. I know it was a stupid thing to do. Had I realized what was happening, I would have stopped it right there. I don't frequent these places, it was just a moment of weakness. I left right after that. There was no bleeding or cut that I could see, but I felt really uneasy. Two days later, I have a real bad sore throat and a cough I already had from allergies got worse. I felt a little hot, but not running a fever. These symptoms are also going around where I live anyway, so it may be whatever is in the air. Could I be at risk for hiv? When I called the hiv answer desk, they said if there are no cuts or sores, it is a very low to almost no chance of getting it if he was going down on me. Has anyone had an experience like this or had the inside of the tip of their penis pinched for stimulation?
