Hi im 15 and I have had spots on the tops of my arms and my back for a while now and they jus wont go! Some of them are white heads and when they r popped some of them are full of hard white puss and some arent!! I have been sunburnt there twice quite bad to the extent where I have had blisters start! I dont no wot to do coz im too embarassed to talk to ne one about it and I cant even take my top off in the summer!! plz help me!
