Hey everyone. Sorry if u find this gross but I have a few questions.

1) ok I know it sounds sick.. But I have these 2 bumps 'down there' their almost just like razor bumps (i shave there) but their bigger then normal razor bumps. Ive been checked for stds sence ive been pregnant and after the last person ive been with. Ive gotten the bump before tho a while back but theres 2 now. They dont hurt and arent noticeable really but I can see them. What do u think? Has anyone else ever got this? 1 of the bumps is always in the same place when it comes..But like I said ive been tested for stds sence ive been pregnant and I was clean....

2) also about that area.. For those who have had their babies..Was it really different there after and were u alot looser or did it seem to go pretty much back to normal? Ive always been quite small there or 'tight' lol so im kinda worried about that! But even now it feels like its not quite as 'tight' there and the baby hasnt came yyet and im not sexually active and havent been sence april* is this normal too? It just feels different there sometimes and sometimes im worrying like 'am I dialating or something???" lol but I know im probably just paranoid.. I have no pain or painful contractions. But ive heard it feels different down there when being preg?

When is your next doc appt? Ask your doc to check them out. I would not worry, maybe its just a bump of some sort to freak you out, lol.

Also, I heard that you go back to normal there once you have the baby. I would imagine it would take a month or two or three, lol, but I heard that you do go back to normal.
Lots of love,
heather and hayley

Hey
Kari,
i've gotten bumps before. It's nothing. Sometimes sweat causes them and such. Or shaving. But if they hurt or don't go away with time... Then i'd see my doc.
Also, i've never had kids but i've always, always heard that you go back to normal down there. It doesn't make you loose forever! Lol

don't worry kari,
when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had the same bumps but it came from shaving...My advice is to stop shaving because they can only get worse...

I shave down there and it made my lymph nodes between my 'lips' swell. The doc told me to stop shaving but I can't...

Im actually glad you posted this, kari, because I was wondering about shaving while being pregnant. Like early on, im sure its easy, but when you start to get bigger, isnt it hard to see what youre doing down there? Lol! The reason I ask is because I shave now, and when I do get pregnant im hopeing to continue shaving...If someone videos my labor, the last thing I want on camera is a "bush"!!! Sorry, gross, I know. Lol
anyways, about the bumps, like the other girls said, if they dont hurt and if they go away on thier own, its probably nothing. You might mention it at your next dr's appt, just to ease your mind.

I shaved before I got pregnant but I figured I should quit shavin before I cant no more, then im gonna be really uncomfortable and super pregnant plus itching down there, and also cuz I dont really feel comfortable being all shaved and having everybody down there... I dont know, I guess I would feel open to the whole world. But yea, I had them bumps too, I didnt know what they were and I was worried about them but they went away when I stopped shaving...

One time I read that they can be ingrown hairs. Like the ones when you shave and they grow back like under the skin and cause a bump. I think its normal just be careful when shaving since you can see! Lol

Mine werent ingrown hairs, and im guessin kari's werent either cuz she said they didnt hurt... Ingrown hairs really hurt, and will adventually get puss in them and then hurt reallly bad. These bumps are just little knoby bumpy things... No pain, no itch, just there being themselves, and then they go away... I had kevin look at them to see if it was an ingrown hair and it just didnt hurt yet, and he said it just looked like a bump, it wasnt read or anything...Laughing a tip not to get ingrown hairs ~down there~ cuz they suck real bad!: shave along with the hair, not against it... It will greatly reduce the risk of gettin an ingrown hair.... Trust me, they suck!

It could just be an ingrown hair because when you shave that can happen. But I would ask your doctor at your next appointment though just to make sure.

Hair
Sometimes the ingrown hairs will encapsulte themselves and it becomes an under the skin cyst. They will not hurt and only feel like a little lump under the skin. Nothing you can do really just the bodies way of traping the foreign body. Messing with it will cause it to swell. In time they get smaller or a derm can remove..But then you have a scar. As always best to have m.D. Look at if it is a new growth on your body.
