Has anyone tried ortho tri cyclen lo? It's supposed to have fewer side effects (esp. Breakthrough bleeding) then most pills. I'm thinking of asking my doc if she can put me on that once my depo runs out in hopes of not have anymore of this constant bleeding. Anyone, any thoughts?

I was on ortho tricyclen lo for a little less than a year. Your periods become very regular and are light and only last a few days. It is just going to take some time for your body to adjust to the new types of hormones, but all in all I know you will like it a lot.

Everyone's bodies are different and it may or may not work for you. I was on it and bleed three weeks out of the month because the hormones were not strong enough.
It is worth a shot, but if it gives you persistant problems, then I would switch. Hopefully it works for you though!
