Q: Skin Rash On My Penis?

Ok for some reason I have noticed like what seems to be a rash on my penis head. It is not on the shaft at all. Now I am not sure it is a rash but like it has like these bumps on it that are shinny. I don't know what this is from the only sexual encounter I have ever had was I had a blowjob like in kindergarden from another student. Also if it is a rash how can I get rid of it, or go about talking to my parents about it.

does it hurt at all? It could be just a sebaceous prominence which is a normal skin condition

if it doesn't go away
go see your doctor, he'll prescribe u a special cream.

rashes on the head of my penis!

i have the same disease as the above one. it does not itch at all, but am in 9th standard........an d........ididnt have sexual contact ....ofcourse.but am scared.......and my penis is swelling too.why
