Q: Degenerative Arthritis In Hip

My dad has degerative arthritis in his hip. I just found out today. He is also going up to the hospital everyday for a 14 day period to have radiation. Shocked

i know he has prostrate cancer, would the radiation be due to this? My brother said it was for the arthritis in his hip.
