If anyone is interested here you go
how to find your
bmi
1) take your weight and multiply by 704.7
2) divide that number by your
height squared
3) the remaining number is your bmi
how do you
measure up?:
emaciated = under 15 bmi
anorexic = under 17.5 bmi
underweight = under 19 bmi
normal = 19 - 24 bmi
overweight = 25 - 29 bmi
chrystin pre-pregnant score- 15.8
chrystin 31 week score- 20.3

Idont wanna do it cuz its not good for me
to do but I know mine right b4 I was preg
was 18 (thats right after I started trying
to recover)...Most of last yr and the yr
b4 it was 16. And now. .Who knows!
But their not very accurate because u
would have to have it done at a doctor
because everyones body is so different and
some people are built extremely tiny or
bigger etc. I asked my doc about those b4
and he said u gotta actually come in and
have it done wheere done where they do ur
body fat etc because many peoples are way
off;.

Squared is just the number times itself
again.
Like 9 * 9 if you weigh 9 pounds.
Oh, by the way for you guys in other
countries, I *believe* this only works for
weight in pounds and height in inches.

I just dont think these things are
right... Kari is right about how you
gotta go to the doc to get a correct one,
cuz they dont consider important things,
like your build and everything, everybody
is built differently... I got very tiny
tiny bones, so now since I was skinny
before I got pregnant, they are sayin I
was underweight... Now im normal, when I
should be above the normal part since in
pregnant... Also, muscle weighs alot, so
if somebody has more muscle than normal,
they could be considered obese, when they
really arent, just becuase of the
weight...

and she is definitly not! Shes not
skinny, but definitly not obese...

With centremeters and kilograms it's take
your hight in square times weight, like
this: (h2)xw=bmi
but I can't calculate, I don't have a
scale so I don't know my weight..(i don't
want to know...)

This really are completely off because
they don;t take into consideration body
shape, and bone structure nor that muslce
weighs 4 times more then fat. Someone may
weigh 180lbs for example and be very slim
and fit yet their bmi would appear very
high because of the amount of pounds.
