Q: Bone Growth

I have a fairly small body especially my hands, is there anyway of increasing bone growth, I hear vitamin d can help Confused

Vitamin d is important for the uptake of calcium from your food. And calcium is a component of bone, but it doesn't make your bones larger, it only makes them stronger. For larger bones you need growth hormones...

i'm 16 years old n im only 160cm..
So...
May I noe how 2 makes my growth hormon more active so that my bones can grow well?
