I recently kissed a girl briefly who had mononucleosis about two months ago. She initiated the kiss, and I pulled back almost immediately because I had mono last december and most definitely didn't want to get exposed to it again. Could even a brief kiss exchange enough saliva to get me sick, and is it even possible for me to catch mono again? An odd caveat is that I know this girl had the same strain of mono as me, because she got it from me originally back in march, a couple months after I had it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
