Whats Wrong With My Penis?

I dont really know what to do thats why im asking here, first off id like to say that I am a virgin, the closest ive ever gotten was a kiss. But anyway to the point, I noticed awhile ago that small fleshy pink spots started to appear on the shaft and head of my penis, well I just let it slide thinking it would go away, but its only gotten worse. The flesh colored bumps have now spread all over the head and shaft of my penis. A weird thing I also noticed was that the bumps are only on the part of the shaft that is above where I was circumsized. There is not pain or iching at all. Just as an added not I have a reappearing case of psoriosis of the scalp. I hope someone can help because im scared out of my mind.
