Q: Strange Testical Problem

Hi

i am a 28 year male, who has a strange problem. After stopping regular ejaculation (i.E. Everyday), I get a horrid pain in my balls about 3 days latter. It is not so unbearable that I can't walk or any, but I know it is there. It also feels like by balls are tied in a knot when I feel them. This pain lasts for about 3 days and then is gone, but the knot feeling is still there.
