Hello everyone. Just wanted to give a little background on my situation.
I am 25 yrs old, in good shape...Despite putting on a few extra pounds lately. I was a professional fighter at one point in my life, receiving some trauma to my body over the last few years.
My situation is that I have had a bump on one of my testicles that i've noticed about 3 or 4 years (i think) ago. At about the same time I suffered a serious blow to the same area. I am thinking , and hoping that the "hit" to my testicle is what has caused the bump...But cannot be sure. It never bothers me, or hurts...Except when I physically touch the bump...Then I feel a little discomfort, not necessarily pain. I show no real effects of the bump...No problems with sexual performance, or obtaining or maintaining an erection, no day-to-day pains... Nothing.
Since the bump has not disappeared over the years I find myself somewhat concerned. I was hoping to find out if this is something I should be truly worried about... And if it is cancerous what are the potential warning signs?
And since it has been a considerable amount of time, does it mean I can consider myself "safe" from cancer???
Any advice, or help that anyone can provide me with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, I look forward to your responses.
