Wanted to let you guys know the results:

a month ago my measurements were:

bust: 36.5
waist: 32.25
abs:38
hips:43
thighs:27.5
arms:12
weight:157.5
body fat %: 32.5
date: 5-3-04

now they are:

bust:36
waist:30.5
abs:38
hips: 41.5
thighs: 24
arms:12
weight: 153.5
body fat %: 31.6
date: 6-2-04

so that means I have lost a total for 4lbs, 10.75 inches, and .90¿

i am soo happy!!! Love you and hope all is well, stacie

Congrats stacie!!! I was just going to post and ask how curves was working for you! Im .S.O. Pleased that your losing weight and feeling better about yourself and being really healthy about it!!!! You looked beautiful before and im sure you look just as beautiful now!

Body mass index is a number that takes into effect your height and weight etc to tell how healthy you are. It tries to predict if you are normal, overweight, obese, or extremely obese. 19.4 is on the skinny end of normal.

I had a bmi of 15.8 before I got pregnant, I was 5'4" 92lbs, and my score is now 20.3 and I am 5'4" 118lbs and I am 31 weeks.
