Prayer and Support

We believe that positive thinking and care and prayer can truly help people in need. If you would like to request support, please submit your request for kind thoughts, best wishes, and prayer here. Your request can be for yourself or someone you know. Write as many details as you like in your post ... but your post should be general enough that we get the picture. Be sure that private information remains private (including full names and locations) and that you maintain anonymity on this public forum.

Perhaps your friend is going for a surgery?
Or maybe you are worried about your own health?
Whatever it is... let us know. We will put in our best intentions for you.

If you`re interested in helping people who have made a prayer request, you can offer your personal support here and/or via private message. In other words, you can post your kind words and best wishes on this thread, and contact members individually.

REMEMBER: Together we make strong medicine.

Active User, very eHealthy
We Thank God For You Lee
And the loving people who have made this eHealth Forum what it is. A place of hope, peace and sharing and giving love to others. I truly believe that is why we are here at this time, in this place. To reach out to one another. Prayer is a powerful thing. It is the taking of our time, to set aside the "me" to care for another and give that to them, that they be better, that they be healed, that they feel and know that they are loved, unconditionally.

Bless you always in that.

Bobbie

Give Kyle hope and strength,Lord God...Kyle will be OK...Its new and fresh in Kyles mind so let Kyle remain calm and let Kyle handle the knowledge that he is HIV positive with strength and courage. We are with him and he is in our hearts and prayers, minds and souls..he will be fine I know but get him threw the initial shock of finding out.

worry and anxiety
Four weeks ago I had an incident of unprotected vaginal intercourse. I had tests 3 days after the incident and all came back negative. To my chagrin I came to find out that these tests were only a good indicator of my status prior to, not good for post.

Now at four weeks I have worried myself into a physical aliment that includes congestion, runny nose, itchy skin, and a low grade fever. I am hoping this is all due to stress and a lack of sleep and a few nights of trying to drown my sorrows at the bottom of a wine bottle.

I need some help spiritually and I am sure professionally to get me through this time in my life. Please pray for me to find strength and forgiveness in the eyes of the Lord and my loved ones.

bigdogdog, first let me say I will definitely pray for you.I also want to say that you should not beat yourself up. God is good..God is cool and knows we are only human and therefore we mess up sometimes. We give in to temptation...thus the word "temptation".It isn't anything to be beating yourself up over.Like Mia Angelou says "When We Know Better We Do Better". And now you know so you can forgive yourself and move forward.
The appropriate waiting time is 3 months from possible infection and also I recommend a blood test over the others. You need to be relaxed as much as possible, pray without blame and more than likely your results will be HIV-. God Bless and I wont forget you tonight. Please let me know the outcome either here or on one of your other posts. Breath deep and slow down your mind.Relax.It will be alright.
