Hey hun,
i was wondering how you were doing regarding your moods and such. Have you talked to your mother about going to see a doctor about possibly getting on medication or getting into therapy?? I hope your feeling better, or that you've at least discussed some options!
Love

I'm here.....I have just been really busy doing other stuff.....Like swimming and getting burnt red as a lobster lol......I am trying to develop a life outside my house.....No I haven't talked to her but I have been feeling a lot better. The counselor gave me her own little diagnosises (sp?) and she said that I could have one or more of 3 disorders, one is a problem with authority figures, cant remember the proper name for it, the other is one where I am afraid of change or sumthin, and the other I think was depression......So she wants to get to know me better before she decides what she thinks or whatever. I haven't talked to dewitt in like a week you guys and I feel great! God I never would have known! I have been talking to someone else who makes me feel better....Tehehehehehe yay! (don't worry I am not doing anything wrong, just talking even though I really probably shouldn't but dewitt can kiss my butt he cant tell me what to do....Lol) dewitt's mom called this morning though and left a message.....So I called back to see what she wanted.....Got the machine though....Hmmmm.....She prolly wants to know why we haven't been talking......Because whenever I call him it's call me back on so-and-so's phone in 20 mins, and when I do, he does nothing but talk to whoever is there, and then he asks me to call him back in an hour and im like omfg grrrrrr.....Its so annoying so I just stopped calling and he only called like once so we aren't really speaking and I feel great. Lol. Sorry so long I just feel great reguardless of my burnt back!

No josh was in his swing on the covered porch......We were swimming.....So he wasnt in the sun.....I dont want to get married now b/c my sister will be moving here this month and it will make things alot better bcuz she helps keep ppl off my back. I just get annoyed of chasing dewitt down to talk and he talks to whoever is there instead of me and tells me to call back and blah blah blah.....I hate it. So I just stopped calling.....That was like, almost 2 weeks ago and he has called once since then.....You can imagine what I think of him now.....Lol j/k....I just need a break......

Its more than just being diagnosed with depression though. You have to let the disease interfere with your ability to parent. As long as you're still maintaining your responsibilities they can't take the kid away just because you're depressed. They don't take kids away from parents with cancer, and cancer is much more debilitating than depression, at least in the end.

Stacey I don't want to be rude, but don't you think she has enough going on for you to post that someone can take her son away. Don't worry chrissy everything is going to be fine, try and make things work in your house for now. Maybe things were not working out because subconciously you didn't want them to because you wanted to be with dewitt. Your young explore your options, you don't know why dewit has decided to change and he is soo far away from you you don't know what he is doing. Just becareful and take things easy. I hope you feel better.
Good luck.

If everyone who was diagnosed with depression lost their babies then no one would have any! Ever heard of post-pardom?

Everything will be fine hun. Like the others said, I am glad you found out before you got married. You will be better off without him anyway, but make sure you give him an earful when he does finally call.

Its ok girls.....Trust me....I am not gonna sweat it! I have another person keeping me occupied....Staclynn or w/e I was diagnosed wirth depression when I was 11.....So i've known I was depressed for a long time but it usually doesn't interfere with my day-to-day life unless I am going through something particularly stressful.....But even then I just cry it out and complain some and after a while I am alright. The way I figure, if he doesn't straighten up, it's his loss and he's stuck with my name on his arm so hahahahahahahahha I told him it was a dumb thing to do......But hopefully he will straighten up and if not oh well. We are probably better off anyways if that's how it's gonna be.
