bulimia is not ok, trying to be like that is wrong becuse the ppl who actually do suffer from it are more scared than anything else.
Fear is a huge part of the illness, fear of fat and actually fear of food as well.
the last person to message this place was right real bulimics have a problem, thats speaking from experience.
first of all eat! because otherwise your metabolism will become too slow.
ive been bulimic for nearly 3 years and its not fun and games, it's a F***ing mental disorder and its scary.
if you want to lose weight take adios, it does work!
If not and your really concerned about your weight drink ice cold water it speeds up your metabolism, and if you do think you have an ED go and see your dr straight away because it's really not something you want hanging over your head.
I am starting to see a councellor, a dietition and a nurse all because of bulimia.
Bulimia is not something to be commercialised as a weight lose plan, you can't possibly understand it unless you have had to deal with it. It isolates you from friends and family, and gives you endless health and social problems!
Just don't let it happen to you, most bulimics know they have a problem, they know they have no control over food or their emotions.
The only reason I got help was because I completely broke down in college, otherwise I would still be slowly breaking.
If you know anyone who you believe suffers from an ED the best thing you can do is wait for them to have a mini break down (when everything has got to much and they uncontrollably cry and you know completely break) then they will be most likely to tell you everything, you have to act quickly when this happens because recovery will mean putting the walls back up! Call their GP and get them help while their admitting they have a problem.
