I havent been on here for awhile. I have a few questions. My mom finally got me on the pill, and the first month after I started I saw my boyfriend, and we had sex. We didnt use protection everytime. Is there a possibility of me being pregnant? And if I was pregant would it be possible for me to bleed at the time of my period. Although my period is light and short and I bleed between periods. My mom and I got a test and she said it wasnt taken correctly, so I should get another. But I still havent gotten one. If I am pregnant i'd bout about 8-9 weeks. What should the symptoms be at this stage? I've been feeling sick in the mornings and had to stay home twice, thats why my mom made me take a test. Ive been super emotional, like today I accidentally dropped some pictures and I started to cry, it was weird. Ive had to pee alot, im still in school and I have to go like every hour-2 hours...Which isnt normal for me. My stomach has been feeling a little firm, which I thought may be because im close to my next period, but its been firm since before my last period. Well any advice on if this sounds correct would be greatly appreciated.

Very possible that you might be pregnant and I know those symptoms all too well! Those are very common ones! Get a new test!

And I forgot to mention that im tired alot...I sleep from 7-8 hours at night and then usually an hour-2 hour nap when I get home (i dont nap every day..But I feel like I could) on friday when I got home from school...I layed down to watch tv...Then got up did some homework..Then I went back to bed from 8:30pm-9:30 the next moring (weird for me to go to bed that early) it feels like I have mono...But now I feel nausous and no swollen neck...I just dont know...

Definate symptoms~ I was always tired! I am always tired now because I am bigger and she kicks the daylight out of me! Lol just take a test that way you won't have to worry!

Yep sounds like symptoms to me. U can definitly still get pregnant the first month u get on birth control and should always use protection the first month because your body hasnt adjusted to it yet.I would definitly get a new test (i would get a pack of 2 or somethin) and make sure their both takin right. It could just be ur mind playn tricks on ya but it sounds like symptoms to me.. How old r u? Will u keep the baby?

I know im young, im only 16, but please dont judge. Yes I would keep the baby. I might jsut go to birthright or something this week. Thanks for all your replys

You're on the teen pregnancy board. Most people here are teen moms. Besides, there are 14 year olds and such who are on here and pregnant. We won't judge you.

I know this is the teen board..But last time I posted on here (last december) I got all these lectures...I come on here to ask for advice on whats going on, not to be told what to do. So thank you guys for everything. But my main question still hasnt been answered...Can I be pregnant, on the pill and still bleed? Im still confused, and i'd like to know. Thanks for all your help

Extremely eHealthy

There is a chance that you could be but because you were on the pill and hopefully you were taking it correctly it covered you. You should still always use a condom for backup. Birth control pills always make your period lighter. When I first got on b/c my period was like 9 days long but very very light. Like I ws barely bleeding and I was tired and sick too but I wasnt pregnant. My friend had told me being on birth control makes your body sort of "feel pregnant" so that way you dont get pregnant. And it messes with your hormones too. So I doubt that you are. But you should retest. Try in the morning first thing for best results. Oh yeah and if you were 8-9 weeks, your stomach would not be hard. Im 16 weeks and I am still not showing and even that early there is slight chance to feel much.

My stomach feels like im gonna start my period, like its full of blodd and stuff...But its been this way since my last period.. I dont know. I want to be pregnant...But please dont lecture me, ive heard it before. Thanks for the help

What is your problem? I think you need to get your attitude in check. She was giving you advice. You asked for help and when people give it you jump all over them. If you want advice then quit moaning about being lectured.

U want to be pregnant? Ha im prolly one who lectured u. Sorry, I wont give any advice to 16 yr olds trying to get pregnant on purpose when they dont even live on their own yet themselves and arent financially stable or even graduated.I mean of course many of us had/have this problem..But we didnt purposely create it. Y not wait if u can?Also.. Alot of people who want to be pregnant, their minds will play tricks on them. And how does ur boyfriend feel about u wanting to get pregnant? Or does he even know?? Sorry, I know u didnt wanna hear lectures, but not everyone will agree with what ur doing. I will say the same too all. If ur trying to get pregnant.. Im sure u will suceed sometime............... Rolling Eyes

Sorry if what people have been telling you is not what you want to hear. These girls on here have done teriffic jobs raising their kids and can you blame them for thinking you dont know what you want to get yourself into? Many of them here found themselves in the situation with children and have done damed wonderful jobs at being mothers and think of it from their perspective, its difficult and their lives have changed so much and its difficult giving up your teenage years but I give them all credit. Why do you want to have a child at your age? Its just a simple question

My home life sucks...I need to get out of here...I need to prove things to people who think that im just going to go to school and live the perfect life. And if you dont agree with it..I dont care, I know its gonna be hard, im not dumb, but I can put up with it
