Try taking the paxil and lorazepam at bedtime, I do and it helps. Also when you start to feel an anxiety attack coming on, take a deep breath in count to ten and then s-l-o-w-l-y exhale, I know, easier said than done but it does help me! It takes about six weeks to adjust to new meds. I sure hope I have helped!

Sincerely,
sandy
p.S. I don't know how that happened, oh well!

Lorazepam & Paxil Cr
I just started paxil cr 12.5mg three days ago, and today felt a little drugged up most of the day. It's being taken to relieve generalized anxiety disorder. I've had a few panic attacks, and started to constantly worry about having another. Anyway, after work, the dopey feeling I had most of the day went away and my mind started racing, I felt I was pretty close to having a panic attack. I've managed to calm myself down, but if these symptoms come back, is it okay to take a lorazepam 0.5mg? Shoud I not take tomorrow's dose of paxil cr? Any help would be appreciated.
