Q: Nausea

I am just two days late for my period. I have been feeling sick for about a week. I think it could be many things ... Heat, stress .. Etc. But I want to take some medicine to help my upset stomach. I haven't taken a pregnancy test, but will the over the counter meds have a bad effect if I am pregnant?

Thanks for the help!

Their are a lot of over-the-counter meds to help with nausea just check with pharmacist and let him know that you might be pregnant.
