Ur not crazy! We all go through that stage of "i wish I could have done this..." and stuff like that. U did have many goals u wished to accomplish before but u've succeeded in startin a family and having a wonderful relationship with boyfriend and son! Many teenagers today dont even know what they want to do and some even end up going nowher in life, drinkin and partying and doin that weekend after weekend... But ur a dedicated mom with dreams u stil hold onto which is great!!!! So keep thinkin about goals u wish to accomplsih, try not to think of having not yet accomplished them... But think of puttin some time on it to help raise ur son to be the wondeful man that hes going to be!! Smile

youre not selfish for wanting those things! Everyone dreams big, thats what keeps us going in life. You were put into a situation far different from what you ever expected and its good to know that you still want the same things in life, that you're still willing to work just as hard for them now as you were going to before you were faced with minor obstibles (thats not intended in a bad way towards your son..I hope you dont take it in that way) the only thing you can do is keep trying to follow through on your dreams. Go to beauty school now or 10 years from now, whenever the time is right for you, and finish what you started. You'll feel more rewarded in the end. I hope this makes sense. Heh.

Hey
You are not crazy at all! You are wonderful for still wanting to accomplish things! I have so many friends with kids who have just gone stale. Have no drive to do anything with their lives..... You have to keep moving on and do all the things you hope to do. Only this time you don't do it alone. You have river and raven to go along as support for you. Hold fast to those dreams or they will fade....

I have my goals and im still going to accomplish them its just going to take longer...I was going to go bck to highschool, but I talked to my counselor and she told me to take my ged, its the same and I can spend ore time with jaydyn..Im going to take it once she gets here and im going to get a job and start saving up to go to technical college..I can get a grant to go for free I think, but I still need money...Save up for a car, and pay for me and jaydyn..Thank god when me and my mom move out in august I dont have to pay any bills except for what I want...I want to major in buisness/finace and become a financial planner or one of those ladies that has the biggest desk at the bank! Lol~....It will all come in due time....Dont give up....

I agree with jordan. All of us are going to accomplish our goals, it will just take us a little longer. Look at jennifer she has 3 kids, and is the "owner??" of an insurance company. We can all do it. And you arent being selfish, you are just being concerned because you are unsure of were everything is standing right now. You told me I wasnt selfish and honey your arent either.. I love you.. I will get your out of there I promise!!

I feel the exact same way. I don't think it's selfish at all. We're all intitled to our own hopes and dreams Smile .
