Tani:

i was in exactly this situation and now have a 9 year old daughter. Are you in fact pregnant? If so, I can provide some insight about what you might be facing in the months to come.

Extremely eHealthy
There is such a thing as phantom pregnancy where you have all the symptoms of a normal pregnancy. Have you done a home pregnancy test and or blood test, don't worry about the weight gain, you need to eat , it is a lot better than getting sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sincerely,
sandy

I got pregnant only nine months after my by-pass and was really still in the lose phase. I had a wonderful, perfect baby girl! My doctor monitored my weight throughout and I only gained 20 pounds. I was back to where I started in 2 weeks after pregnancy. My only difficulty was anemia - which I always seem to have now. She wasn't planned but is my greatest joy! Prior to the bypass I was told i'd never be pregnant.
Truly a miracle! Be happy!
